DISC Successors Hub 2024

Article 1: Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between DISC Successors Hub and customer (hereinafter referred to as 'customer' or 'Participant') of programs and other forms of education and training (hereinafter referred to as 'program'). customer refers to any natural or legal person with whom DISC Successors Hub enters into an agreement to provide programs, regardless of whether the customer themselves or a third party participates in the program.

Participant refers to the natural person who actually participates in the program. The Participant can also be the customer. An Open program refers to a program organized by DISC Successors Hub where individual persons can register and purchase.

Article 2: Conclusion of agreement

The agreement is concluded by the customer digitally signing a quotation or submitting a signed registration form to DISC Successors Hub.

The customer has been informed of the General Terms and Conditions at the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3: Programs

The programs at DISC Successors Hub are practical programs.

The registration form is available on the website or is provided on paper personally or via mail. By completing the registration form, the participant agrees to the general terms and conditions, which are also included in the confirmation email for participation and registration for the respective program. They are also available at www.discsuccessorshub.com/terms&conditions.

The fee for the program is stated on the registration form and on the website. During the exploratory conversation will be agreed upon.

Article 4: Bonuses

To claim any bonuses given, at least one installment must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. The bonuses given are not exchangeable for cash.

Article 5: Cancellation

After digitally signing the quotation, filling in and submitting the registration form, or digitally registering, you have a 7-day cooling-off period. Without confirmation of cancellation, the participant is obligated to pay the full program fee 7 days after registration. There will be no refund for any amount already paid in case of cancellation outside the 7-day period.

Article 6: Payment

Payments are made by automatic debit or manual transfer. The payment term is 14 days. If the payment obligation cannot be met, the Participant must notify this within 14 days via email info@discsuccessorshub.com. DISC Successors Hub reserves the right to transfer the participant to a subsequent program. Any refunds will be made within 2 weeks.

Article 7: Liability

DISC Successors Hub endeavors to carry out the program to the best of its knowledge and ability. DISC Successors Hub is not liable for indirect damage such as consequential damage, loss of profit, and damage due to business interruption.

DISC Successors Hub is not liable in the event that the customer, Participant, and/or a third party have the opportunity to claim against an insurance company.

No rights can be derived from the content of an informative brochure or website text.

Article 8: Intellectual property

The copyright to the e-books, training materials, sheets, flipcharts, audio files, and any other written or audio materials used in the program issued by DISC Successors Hub belongs to DISC Successors Hub, unless another copyright holder is indicated on the work itself. Without express written permission from DISC Successors Hub, neither the customer nor the Participant may publish data in any form from the materials or reproduce them in any way. A fine of € 2,000 per established fact applies.The copyright to quotations, reports, proposals, etc. resulting from the activities of DISC Successors Hub also rests exclusively with DISC Successors Hub.

Article 9: Amendment of meeting

If a meeting cannot take place due to force majeure, DISC Successors Hub will provide a suitable alternative for the participants. If the location or time of a meeting is changed, DISC Successors Hub will ensure that each participant is informed in a timely manner. Changed meetings do not entitle to a refund of the purchase price or any part thereof.

Article 10: Confidentiality

DISC Successors Hub, trainers of the program are bound by confidentiality regarding the customer's information.

Article 11: Privacy, Photo- and Videography

DISC Successors Hub processes the personal data of the customer in accordance (with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act). DISC Successors Hub may also use personal data for relationship management to inform the customer about offers and other services of DISC Successors Hub. If the customer does not wish this, they can notify DISC Successors Hub via info@discsuccessorshub.com.

Article 12: Personal Data Protection Act

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, we inform you that the data provided by you, such as name, address, and place of residence, will be included in our (customer) administration. We will only use your data to continue informing you about our programs or related information. DISC Successors Hub does not sell personal data to third parties. If you object to this use of your data, you can notify us in writing.

Article 13: Termination

Each party has the authority to terminate the Agreement only if the other party, after a proper and detailed written notice of default, providing a reasonable period for rectification of the default, fails to fulfill its essential obligations under the Agreement. Termination must be done by registered letter; judicial intervention is not required. If the Agreement does not end upon performance by its nature and content and is concluded for an indefinite period, it may be terminated by either party after good consultation and stating reasons

Article 14: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that the programs can provide you with a solid foundation in your personal development, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the ONLINE PROGRAMS first 7 days. How to claim the 100% satisfaction guarantee:

Contact us via email or phone. We will first provide you with tips. If you are still not satisfied, you can cancel via info@discsuccessorshub.com. Clearly state that you wish to claim the 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund the payment within 14 days after confirmation. After confirmation, you will no longer have access to the products. PLEASE NOTE! This does count for the online programs except the quick DISC test.
