Hi dears,
My name is Charlotte. From the moment I started my career, almost 10 years ago as a young woman being part of big multinationals (within Marketing & Sales). I faced corporate politics, challenging sales conversations and tough negotiations. Sometimes I was forced to act in a certain way because being my authentic shelf (very excited and extravert attitude) wouldn't be of benefit for my success within the company.
I went trough a transformative journey, to grow in my corporate identity without losing my authentic self. During the discovery of myself, team members, colleagues and others, DISC has been my compass. Unraveling the complexities of self-awareness and interpersonal dynamics. I've learned how to cooperate with people who told me to change (they just have a different preferred behavior and communication style). Empowered with a deeper understanding, I've honed my communication skills, navigating trough corporate challenges and personal relationships alike.
