Hi dears,
My name is Charlotte. From the moment I started my career, almost 10 years ago as a young woman being part of big multinationals (within Marketing & Sales). I faced corporate politics, challenging sales conversations and tough negotiations. Sometimes I was forced to act in a certain way because being my authentic shelf (very excited and extravert attitude) wouldn't be of benefit for my success within the company.
I went trough a transformative journey, to grow in my corporate identity without losing my authentic self. During the discovery of myself and others, DISC has been my compass. Unraveling the complexities of self-awareness and interpersonal dynamics. I've learned how to cooperate with people who told me to change (they just have a different preferred behavior and communication style). Empowered with a deeper understanding, I've honed my communication skills, navigating trough corporate challenges and personal relationships alike.
As a woman in the professional arena, each DISC-inspired insight propels me forward, rewriting the script for success with resilience and authenticity.
